Shipping

Shipping any of our wrought iron entry doors is FREE for any location in the contiguous USA.  If you live in any any other country, Hawaii or Alaska please contact us for a shipping quote.  Shipping is by common carrier to your destination and the truck will have a lift gate for unloading. Remember that double iron entry doors are up to 900 Lbs, including the special pallet they are shipped on, and single doors up to 500 Lbs.  Because of this we separate the frame and doors so that the maximum weight of each piece to unload is about 300 Lbs - you can offload your door from the delivery truck without a forklift.

We respect your privacy, and believe that your personal information belongs to you. The information you provide is used only to enhance your shopping experience at our site and will not be shared with anyone. Please note that we do not store credit card information.

Payment

Donatello Doors accepts payments by Visa, Mastercard AmEx or Paypal. All payments are made through secure servers.  For maximum security we do not store credit card information.  Please note that we are a reputable company that maintains merchant accounts with major credit card processors. We will charge your card upon order and your money is automatically safeguarded by the CREDIT CARD TRADING COVENANT.  If you did not receive your order as expected, for any reason, you would be eligible for a full refund from your credit card company.

Sales Tax

All wrought iron entry doors purchased from Donatello Doors are direct imports and are free of sales tax in the USA.  Customers outside the USA may have to pay VAT, GST, HST or TVA, as well as import duty and clearance fees.  Please check with our office for the exact cost in your location, we will bill you the appropriate amount separately prior to delivery.  Please also note that certain states in the USA may asses a use tax on items purchase from out of state when it is used within the state.

Age Requirements

If you are under 18 years of age, your parents or guardians must make the purchase. Any purchase or attempted purchase by someone under 18 years of age will be considered fraudulent and Donatello Doors Inc. will not be held liable.

Returns/Refunds

We guarantee the quality of all our wrought iron entry doors. If there is anything wrong with your door or there has been shipping damage, please contact us immediately. Since all doors are made to order, we do not allow cash refunds.  However, if your door is damaged or has been incorrectly made we will repair or replace it at no charge.

Warranty

Donatello Doors have the best warranty in the industry.  All our doors carry a Lifetime structural warranty and an 8 year finish warranty.  Normal wear and tear in not included, neither is breakage to windows and accidental or deliberate damage. Warranty is only valid if the door is properly installed in a building.
